Welcome Flight Attendants

Welcome to the Fit For Duty K9 flight attendant portal!
This is an information video about Service Dogs and their Handlers( person with disability) that will be on board your flights.
Fit For Duty K9 has taken care of the uncertainties of dogs qualifications while traveling on board airline flights in the United States.
Fit For Duty K9 has checked each dog via our Network of Veterinarians. Dogs are tested for their physical ability to do their job.
Through our Behavioral and Training Centers, certified by Fit For Duty K9, dogs are checked for their temperament and their ability to operate in the airport environment. This includes the terminal, TSA, as well as onboard the aircraft.
The last step is the Fit For Duty K9 Healthcare Provider Network . These Health Care Providers endorse each Handler the right to travel with the assistance of their Service Canine in the United States for one year.
With all of these measures in place, issues involving service dogs on board flights will greatly decreased to the point travel will be relatively seamless.
In the unlikely event, an issue arises with a Service Dog and/or their Handler during the flight, Fit For Duty K9 has in place our Standard’s Review Board. By completing the report found on our Fit For Duty K9 app, (future through the airline portal) we will review, counsel, and correct any issues addressed in your report regarding the incident. The reporting Flight Attendant will receive notification of the progress and outcome of their file report.
Also, we provide an accolade section! For those Handlers and their Service Dogs that are doing an outstanding job on board your airplane, you have the ability to send a review of how you enjoyed them on your flight. Reviews are greatly appreciated as we support our Service Dog community.

Again, any issues or concerns,  the Fit For Duty K9 chat is always available 24/7.
Thank you so much for your time and welcome to Fit For Duty K9
